NanoCem Ultimate is a user-friendly, dual-cure resin cement that offers exceptional bond strength and high adhesion. It is composed of a base and catalyst paste, dispensed via an automix syringe system for ease of use. The material’s various shades are designed to blend seamlessly with tooth structure, ensuring superior esthetics for restorations.

Direction To Use

Surface Preparation
Clean and dry the tooth surface; remove temporary materials and debris.
Isolation is recommended to prevent saliva contamination.
No separate bonding agent required (self-adhesive system).
Try-In & Restoration Prep
Check restoration fit before cementation.
Rinse and air-dry internal surface of crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, or posts.
Treat restorative materials according to type (zirconia/ceramic/metal).
Cement Application
Dispense NanoCem Ultimate directly into the restoration or onto the prepared tooth.
Seat the restoration with firm, consistent pressure to ensure full adaptation.
Remove initial excess with a microbrush or probe during gel phase.
Curing Process
Light-cure margins for 10–20 seconds for faster clean-up.
Full set by dual-cure chemistry; deeper areas self-cure without full light access.
For deep post cementation, allow self-cure to complete before finishing.
Final Check & Finishing
Remove remaining excess material carefully after setting.
Verify occlusion and adjust if necessary.
Polish margins for a smooth finish and long-term stability.

Warranty

This product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty effective from the date of purchase.

Our warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal clinical use.

Return Policies

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
